- Other activities that affect waste flow (home business (ie.home daycare), activities (hosting regular parties) or plumbing fixtures (large soaking bath tubs)
- Other activities that affect waste strength (home brewery, painting)
Lot
- Lot development plan
- Any easements or restrictions
- Any HOA rules or restrictions that may pertain to Septic Treatment Systems
Soil Report
- Report provided by a Professional Soil Scientist conducted in the Septic System Soil Component Area
- May have been conducted as part of a previous subdivision review or lot split approval
- May need to contract with a soil scientist if a soil report has not been conducted or if the homeowner wishes to move a septic system soil component or build a larger home than was anticipated by a subdivision review or lot split approval
Applications and Permits
- Any applications, permits and fees with the local health department
- Any surveys and securing professionals to complete that service if necessary
- Any soil reports and securing professionals to complete service if necessary
- Any title and record searches and securing professionals to complete that service if necessary
Installation, Operation and Maintenance
- Any applications, permits and fees with the local health department
- Installation and securing professionals to complete that service
- Operation, maintenance and tank pumping services and securing professionals to complete those services
DESIGNER - Aqua Renew Septic Designs
Site Review
- Establish a vertical and horizontal benchmark
- Set flags for the home outlet, septic tank and soil absorption areas
- Collect grade shots for the design of individual septic system components
Design Plan
- Discuss by email, phone or virtual meeting the system component options with the homeowner
- Create a septic system design based on the home and the lot
- Designer will be available to update and correct any items requested by the local health district
- Designer will be available to answer questions of the installer
- Some changes requested by the installer may incur additional fees
